We welcome all patients to our office with a complete New Patient examination and hygiene care scheduled for you at the time of your initial call to our office.
After your initial contact with our office, please access the following secure links to electronically fill out the new patient forms. Upon completion, the forms are securely downloaded into our office practice management system, and are ready for you when you arrive for your first visit.
The thorough and comprehensive New Patient examination includes all the necessary digital x-rays, oral examination, periodontal charting along with microscopic slide for gum disease, and oral cancer screening. A follow up appointment, if needed, is also scheduled for you at your convenience.
During the New Patient examination, Dr. Kundel will discuss with you any dental care that is necessary to ensure your continued dental and overall health. Starting with your New Patient examination and extending throughout your dental care with us, at every appointment you will be given our full and undivided attention. We see only one patient at a time.
Our treatment rooms are equipped with the best that technology has to offer, and treatment is delivered in a warm and caring manner by Dr. Kundel and our highly trained and professional staff.
Payment is expected for services rendered at the time of the appointment. This allows our practice to maintain our focus on the delivery of the best quality dental care.
